Aerial Residential and Commercial Real Estate Packages start at $115 for 3 acres or less or $125 for 3.5 to 6 acres including video flyover plus 10 Aerial stills.  Larger acreage is billed $10 for every additional 10 acres over 6 acres. Initial Editing is FREE. Additional Video Editing beyond the initial editing @ $25 hour, Aerial Stills Only no video @ $90 for 15 - 20 stills. Additional still's in increments of 5 at an additional $10. ** Locations 30+ minutes from Main Office will be billed a travel charge 0f $1.00 per mile one way.

Over 3500 Sq.Ft. will be quoted separately. Initial Editing is FREE. Panoramic Aerial Viewer Controlled (Taken at 390 Ft Above Ground) Unique Viewer Controlled Pano Package taken over the center of your property showing a 360 degree view of the area. Links or Hot Spots can be added to showcase local attractions or other parts of the area- Panorama's Start at $50 which includes 5 Hot Spots links or buttons. Hot Spots can do several things. 1) Pull up a separate image of a local attraction or feature on the property. 2) Pull up a separate Video Clip of a local attraction or a Website. 3) Navigate / Transport viewer to another Panorama location. Additional Panorama locations are an extra charge.  Ask for a quote. Click on the Sample Link. Initial Editing is FREE. Interior 360 Degree Panoramic Viewer Controlled Virtual Tours - Unique Viewer Controlled Interior Virtual Tour Package taken of each room showing a 360 degree view of the interior. Links or Hot Spots to adjoining rooms and features - Interior Virtual Tours Panorama's are priced at $0.10 a Square Foot. i.e 2500 sq.ft. home @ $250. Ask for a quote. Initial Editing is FREE. Additional Stills / Video Editing beyond the initial editing @ $25 hour ** Locations 30+ minutes from Main Office will be billed a travel charge 0f $1.00 per mile one way.

Roof Inspection Packages start at  $130 which includes  2 to 3-minute video flyover of property plus stills of each section at varying ranges (example front gable full shot, front gable 10-foot square, close up of shingle detail). Aerial Special Events Packages start at $50/ hour which includes Video fly over on the outskirt of the event- NOT directly over people due to FAA regulations, length of the video depends on the size of the event plus 18 stills.  Initial Editing is FREE. Visual Observer $25 / hour if more than one Observer required an additional $10 / hour per added observer.

TERMS OF SERVICE: When you hire Falcon One Aerial Imaging whether thru our Website Portal or via Email Correspondence You agree to pay Falcon One Aerial Imaging when services have been rendered and Images / Video Links have been sent for your use. If you decide to back out of the order requested prior to the day of shoot there will be no charge. However - if we go onsite and video / photograph the project you requested, then full compensation is due once the product has been electronically delivered.  We are limited by the technology available to us at the time of production i.e., editing software, current aircraft in inventory etc. Coming to an understanding of what you and the client are looking for normally is not an issue. However- if you are unable to articulate to our team what you are looking for as the end result, we will do our best to provide you with a professional product that you will be happy with.

 

EDITS: Our production team understands that you may require edits to be made to the initial video package - and we are more than happy to oblige. However, be sure to tell us exactly what edits you want so we can make the appropriate corrections on the first edit. Any additional edits afterwards are charged at $20 per hour.

 

WEATHER: Additionally, we cannot control the weather. So planned video and photo shoots may be rescheduled in case the forecast is not accurate or changes.

 

PAYMENT: Payment is due when services have been rendered - normally within 24 hours of the product being electronically delivered, whether by a link to a video on YouTube or a link to download Video/Still Images from Google Drive or DropBox. The Client agrees and understands that the service provider Falcon One Aerial Imaging reserves the right to add 9% additional late fee per day for invoices that are not paid in a timely manner as outlined on the invoice. If an invoice goes into delinquent status past due 20 days or more, we reserve the right under Michigan State Law to place a lien on the property until payment is made. During that process the 9% late fee penalty will continue to be added per day. AS OF 02/18/2022 - WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS UNLESS THEY ARE SENT IN ADVANCE OF IMAGING JOB'S SCHEDULED DATE. Unfortunately, we have had too many issues with jobs being completed and not paid in a timely manner via check or client downloading product and refusing to pay. 

 

THIRD PARTY EDITING: If we are working with a third party at your request that is doing the final edits and we are only providing Raw Aerial Video and Stills, our invoice will be due once the raw footage has been turned over to the party responsible for the final editing and not after this third party has completed your final product.

 

WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, Inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively the "Work Product") developed in whole or in part by Falcon One Aerial Imaging in connection with the Services to any client, will be the exclusive property of Falcon One Aerial Imaging and can be used at their discretion for advertising, marketing and or as samples for other clients to view. All Stock Footage taken by Falcon One Aerial Imaging Aircraft and/or Ground Cameras is the property of Falcon One Aerial Imaging. Any use of this stock footage must be agreed upon through written consent of the Owner of Falcon One Aerial Imaging as well as financial compensation for use of the stock footage as well as credit to Falcon One Aerial Imaging at the end of any marketing slide show, video or any other medium in which the stock footage is used. Upon request, the above-mentioned client will execute all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of Falcon One Aerial Imaging for the Work Product. *** Sending this form is your electronic signature and a binding contract between the name and email address on the form. ** You acknowledge that Falcon One Aerial Imaging reserves the right to update these terms as needed to protect our imaging copyrights as well as to ensure payment of services rendered.
